Just because US interference in Iran is nationalistic, xenophobic bullshit doesn’t mean Iran doesn’t have a terrible regime.
That’s “enemy of my enemy is my friend” bullshit, which is a close cousin of nationalistic, xenophobic bullshit. Both forms of shit come from bulls still evolutionarially close enough to produce offspring, albeit sterile offspring.
Iran sucks, and US interference would make it suck more. No, it doesn’t suck because it’s going to blow up the West or some made-up shit like that, it sucks because it’s a theocracy that liberally abuses human rights and freedoms.
